Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We currently use KnowBe4 for email security training and we evaluate that training with their automated phishing tests on a regular basis. The product is used by everyone in the organization, with new employees enrolled in training when hired, and all employees have yearly training to complete. We have seen a dramatic decrease in the number of employees that get tricked into clicking on links in phishing emails and the overall security awareness has improved.

We did not evaluate any other products before selecting KnowBe4. It was the one we wanted based on several different recommendations from different reliable sources we consulted.

It gives us the ability to have new content to give our end users so that they are not watching the same content year after year.
KnowBe4 is integrated with active directory and we automate new user enrollment to initial training. Additional training throughout the year is assigned by OU as applicable.
The individual phish prone and training completion reports are the ones we use to determine what additional training to assign.
Our new employees are enrolled in training when hired, and all employees have yearly training to complete. We have seen a dramatic decrease in the number of employees that get tricked into clicking on links in phishing emails and the overall security awareness has improved. KnowBe4 has been very instrumental in improving our user security posture.

KnowBe4 Compliance Plus

The quality of the content is high and checks all of our boxes we have for compliance training. The content has helped the University train our employees in the areas of PCI compliance and GLBA compliance. We have seen fewer instances of employees not adhering to the requirements after completing their training.
Bing able to provide security and compliance training from one platform enables the university to maintain a single system to track each users progress through the training process. The administrators and managers get reports of both completion and users that are past due in their training assignments. This aids us in getting to a 100% completion.
The university has been using Know Be 4 for a number of years, and after doing additional comparisons,the university feels we are still getting a product that provides the value we are looking for.
I have been a part of the evaluation team for possible alternatives to KnowBe4. We believe that this is still the best solution for us.
The university has looked at the training provided, the testing and user evaluations, the reporting features, and cost and we have found that KnowBe4 is still the solution we want to stay with.

The training modules are easy to watch and learn from. It is not dry slides to read; the videos are well done and entertaining as well as instructional.

The onboarding support to get up and running with the product was fabulous. We had users imported and enrolled in a couple of hours. Support has been with us every step of the way from initial baseline test, to setting up training campaigns, and ongoing steps. They are attentive to helping the customer get all they can out of the product.
