Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We are using it across the entire organization. Starts when hired, going through computer training to Phishing Test and trainings. We use it for awareness of potential threats, making good decisions, understanding of the results of the threats. Basically we strive to keep our systems safe and we use KnowBe4 for that purpose.
  • Keeps people on their toes.
  • Shows them that it can happen to anyone anytime.
  • The information is current.
  • You need their help to build a campaign as some of the items need more explanation.
  • Once groups are set up, hard to modify the information.
  • Have to drill down a lot to get to the reports you need.
  • Other companies in the same industry have been attacked and knowing the weaknesses has helped us to keep ahead as best as we can.
  • Every time we run a campaign, there are real life examples that pop up in the media to solidify why we do what we do.
  • We have those frequent flyers who just don't understand their is being aware and being lazy.
When I have questions, my rep is always available to help. We have had issues where people say they did not click a link or open an attachment on our test, but the results shows they had. We have had KB4 look into those but nothing came of it. Those are few and far between.

The part that gets people who have to go through the trainings is the log in process. We tell them not to log into anything they don't know but then turn around and say log into KB4 because you opened something you shouldn't have. Many times the emails from KB4 come back through as phish attempts.... can't win.
Training is on going with KB4 as the product develops. I have just recently had a refresher training on setting up phish campaigns and also changes to the PAB. Both have been priceless.
Was not involved in the process
Anyone who uses a computer should have security training. The "Bad Guys" are in our lives in so many ways but everyone has the "it won't happen to me" mentality which gets us into trouble. You don't want to shove it down their throats, but bringing it up from time to time keeps us on our toes.

I wouldn't
We have been using KB4 for 4 + years and find this the best product out there. It's easy to use and the support is fantastic. They are constantly updating their information to be current.

The team that was assigned to us was quick to help and answer questions which allowed us to implement the application in less than a month which included, training, testing, informing the company on the trainings, etc.

Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - We had no issues with setting up the program, connecting to AD or running initial campaigns from the get go. It really was a very smooth implementation.

We have not done a Phish Campaign in two years and as soon as we inquired on changes to the program, my rep had a meeting setup to discuss and help create. She is helping with any issues we have on emails not coming through our firewall and ways to fix it.

We have increased our user base over the years and with KB4 help, have been able to expand the use of trainings to new hires.
I have never experience any outage or application errors
The instant updates are consistent with Phish Campaigns to Trainings. No slowness has been reported by users when participating in trainings. Report content have only improved over time.

We have a continual communication from KB4 . They inform us of changes and they evaluate what we currently are using and what we could do better.
