Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We currently use KnowBe4 [Security Awareness Training] to conduct periodical phishing attacks across our entire organization. Our organization consists of a workforce whose majority are not very knowledgeable about Digital Citizenship and Cyber Security Awareness. The KnowBe4 platform allows us to to systematically test our users and discover where our security risks are then address them by having conversations with the users and assign training tasks.
- There are interactive training classes which are very helpful in the learning process.
- There are some pretty good simulated phishing attacks.
- Integration with Office 365 could be better
- It's great to be able to simulate phishing attacks before employees fall for the real thing.
- I love that we can assign training tasks to a "clickers" group or company-wide on a scheduled basis.
As those with malicious intent come up with new ways to breach security, new methods of protection and defense need to be updated. KnowBe4 seems to be pretty good about updating their content.
We import users from AD Azure, the new users get added to a new user group that automatically gets assigned a few intro training classes. The users are sent notification emails on a daily basis until they complete all training tasks. Quarterly and periodic phishing attacks go out, susceptible users are added to a "clickers" group that get assigned refresher and additional training .
The Phishing prone percentage and the phishing security test report are the most import for us, telling us which users to focus on and our organization as a whole.
