Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

It is the main point for awareness campaigns across the whole company. It helped us to close gaps of knowledge, especially of specialized needs (HIPAA, PCI, etc.)

  • Reduction of critical incidents to half (in one year)
  • Increase of people engagement in awareness campaign (double in one year)
A huge impact, especially with engaging content. I especially value the content that has an out-of-the-box presentation, like the series The Inside Man.
We utilize smart groups to populate the campaigns, linked with our Active Directory.
Amount of persons completing the main campaign. Just that one.
[KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training] is a perfect tool for awareness campaigns and specialized basic training. However, I would not use it for complex high-level training (for example, security practices for development)
