We use it for Phishing campaigns, PhishER, ASAP training, and CE. We are heavily relying on risk reports and generated assessments of our systems to help target high-risk areas. Utilizing the industry risk calculator helps to show us where we compare against other institutions and competitors.

They enjoy the movie series modules of training videos. Always a new season, and new topics to stay current with.
We segment users based on groups and risk ratings. We would like to segment the international students or professors at our institution since they are at higher risk for phishing emails due to language barriers. We know there are various languages to use in KnowBe4, this is something we plan to do shortly.
