Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
As part of our new user onboarding, all new employees are required to take the Kevin Mitnick 45 minute training along with training for handling sensitive information and creating strong passwords. All users are also required to take annual refresher courses. All users are Phished on a quarterly schedule as well as frequent random phishing exercises for all users. I believe it is impossible to "over" phish the employees. As a result of our vigorous phishing, our click rate is always around 3% which I believe are the new employees who have no idea of the level to which we phish the users. I rarely catch someone a second time.
What business problems does it address? Ransomware is a huge problem in corporate America. Our employees are extremely click-shy now due to my constant phishing. KnowBe4 allows us to keep security at the forefront thus creating a culture of security. They are constantly improving their product. They are Number One in my security playbook!

- Training! Their courses are so well done. They totally engage the end-user watching them.
- Phishing! Some of the templates spoof the domain! Devilishly Awesome!
- Support! Their support is at the very top of my list in excellence.
- I wish I have more editing ability on a recurring phishing exercise.

What they offered in the line of Security Awareness Training beyond a yawner. Very not engaging. Just horrible.

It keeps it fresh. The threat landscape is forever evolving and changing. KnowBe4 keeps up with it all and evolves and changes with the current trends.
KB4 makes management super easy, and if I get stuck on something, they are just a phone call away and in the USA!
The phishing exercise results. It takes the names of all the clickers and attachment openers. No excuses for clicking are accepted!
