Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

The online training is great. It keeps track of which users have completed the assigned modules and the progress of each user. We use Security Awareness Training in conjunction with phishing programming. Any user who fails our phishing programming is automatically assigned more security awareness training in KnowBe4. The home screen gives a good picture of the environment. The graphs are very helpful at a glance to see how things are in your environment. I also like the comparison of your company's progress vs others in the same industry.
  • The training is very interactive.
  • Some areas you can't fast forward or skip... could be a good thing and a bad thing.
  • Each module is bite size so users don't feel overwhelmed.
  • Some of the progress bars through a module is a hard to understand.
  • Users pay more attention.
  • We get a compliance report and we enforce it.

Since we enforce a yearly refresh of our security awareness training it's important to have fresh content. The users get bored of all they get is the same old training modules. The variety helps keep the users engaged and supports our security program. The fresh content help reinforce the security training and practices.
I am a full administrator of the product but have elevated rights than regular users. I am able to do everything I need except user management. I can assign modules and training to users based on groups.
User who completed the security awareness training. Another measure is how many people fail and have been reassigned for more training.
KnowBe4 is one of the better training programs I have used. The change between text, video, and quizzes is seamless and doesn't drag on too long. I've done training where there is too much text or video and you lose the interest of the audience. By keeping the user engaged throughout the module it makes it feel less of a chore.
