Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
KnowBe4 Security Awareness is a training tool being used by our entire company. We have it in place across all departments and staff. All employees must take the training. It addresses the business problems of having users click malicious email links or fall for phishing scams that can then escalate into being hacked or attacked.

Fresh training content and access to different types of content keep our users on their toes and up to date with what the hackers and malicious phishing senders are doing. The users are aware of certain popular types of phishing they may see that week or the next. That keeps us very prepared for what is to come.
The user management inside of the KnowBe4 platform is very straightforward. We set up an LDAP trust and imported all our users so that when we add or remove people from the system they are automatically synced to the cloud and updated inside of our cloud portal. That makes it so seamless.
We have a set of reports that goes out to all the various department managers so they can get a good eye on how their users are doing security-wise and if they need help in a certain area. We get alerts and reports of our problem users. The automatic reports make it so we don't even have to go in and run these.
