We use the phishing campaigns, the videos, quiz, and campaigns. It is used across the whole company and addresses the issue of having everyone understand cyber and actions that are unsafe.
- Videos.
- Phishing campaigns landing page, explaining what the user did wrong.
- Quiz.
- The login and integration with Active Directory.
- People are getting more conscious while receiving emails and are now referring to IT or clicking on the button in Outlook.
- We have reduced the number of people clicking on fishy emails.
The admin of KnowBe4 is easier than the one from Mimecast.
