Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We utilize KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for our entire organization. It allows us to distribute training in any way we desire and can monitor the user's progress. We like the customizability of the product and how we can delegate the training to groups of users if need be. What we especially enjoy is the number of training options we have for our users.

Before KnowBe4, we did not have a security awareness training program. Now, we are able to change up our training every quarter to provide diversity in our users' training. We especially enjoy the mini-series that teach[es] cyber-security lessons in an engaging mini TV show.
We were able to integrate our Active Directory into KnowBe4, so user management becomes a breeze. You can create smart groups that actively search for certain qualities of a user. This way, you don't have to worry about micro-managing user accounts.
We utilize the click rate on our simulated phishing email campaigns and how much progress users have completed in their security awareness training.
