KnowBe4 is the Premier Security Awareness Platform

We are using the phishing platform across the enterprise. It has helped us identify that we have a large number of users that will click on potential phish and is providing us with the ammunition needed to mandate security training for every user. The training campaigns are top-notch. Nothing reinforces a behavior more than continued training, and KnowBe4 has a plethora of options.

With the threat landscape constantly changing, it is great to see new content from KnowBe4 provided regularly. This makes for easy transitions when things change. As we know in cybersecurity, things are constantly changing. New technology constantly breeds new threat actors, and having that content allows us to push new training to our employees easily.

User management is handled through Active Directory. We sync our AD with KnowBe4 on a daily basis. We then use dynamic groups to reinforce the training through phishing simulations. Automation is the key here as it saves time on notifications, and getting users the training they need.

I think the most important metric is to determine the likelihood that we are being phished. KnowBe4 does that by measuring the response to phishing simulations, training, and other factors. I couldn't ask for a better measure.
