Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use it across all departments. We use phishing test emails to see who has been paying attention to training and who still falls for the scams. If a user opens but doesn't click a link no training. If they click a link they get quick refresher training. If they provide account details like username and password they have to do the full training again.
  • Training is simple fast and effective.
  • The phishing email test works well.
  • Ease of use.
  • More variety in what types of phishing emails used in the test.
  • Actual security breaches due to real phishing emails are down 65% since we started using simulated phishing attacks along with the training.
  • Standardized how employees can report suspicious emails and implemented a review and response team.

Would you buy KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training again?

Yes

It allowed us to diversify simulated phishing emails as some users were starting to recognize "test" emails just by wording and format so they didn't report them (which we want them to do). They also stopped taking it seriously which lead to an increase of actual phishing emails being successful.
I don't use the reports I just read the ones produced by management.
Great for any size business to test how well your employees can spot and report suspicious emails. The training is straightforward and easy to understand for non-tech people.
