We use it throughout the organization to educate ourselves on the tools and types of cyber attacks to be prepared for. The most common problems in our organization are cyberattacks and social engineering attacks, we constantly receive spam and phishing emails on a recurring basis, which we seek to mitigate, and from this we carry out training

So far, the training program has been well received, it has managed to reach a lot of personnel, which has been of great help, before there was no data on the real scope, which affected it, but now we have a high business scope, The high availability of content allows us to access at all times what has had a high impact on critical business units.

We base the reports that we generate on various information channels, we use data blocks of user behavior in the face of simulated attacks, the number of weekly reports per user, the rating per user, the real progress of the user with respect to training, all this information is generated again in reports to other platforms to make the corresponding presentations
The information technology scenario is the place where everything is best situated with respect to current technology, it suggests an increase in automated electronic devices connected to the network infrastructure, which are affected by cyber attacks and social engineering attacks, for what knowbe4 provides. fully adequate tools to handle ourselves in the environment
