We use KnowBe4's anti-phishing behavior management, coupled with general security awareness CBT offered through a variety of comprehensive packages. License: Diamond, provides access to the largest library of general security awareness content. It offers employees engaging and innovative security awareness content available through its Modular Store (ModStore). Is it being used by a department or across the whole organization?: Yes
  • KnowBe4 invests heavily in its company, uses the parts of the acquired companies to improve what it offers.
  • The pricing structure is attractive to any size company looking to purchase security awareness and anti-phishing behavior solutions
  • The diamond offering provides access to a large library of general security awareness content.
  • Customers should ensure that account services staff are familiar with relevant awareness practices.
  • Implementation might need guidance to effectively build content into their core curricula.
  • Opportunity to be more user-friendly for admins.
