Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We are using [KnowBe4] across the entire organization. The problem that it is addressing is bringing basic security knowledge to every employee we have. [They] range from highly knowledgeable and technical users to our not-so-technical.
- Pushing Phishing campaigns and training campaigns together.
- The Phishing campaigns quality and UI.
- The training content.
- Finding a way to incorporate/address users who did not interact with a simulated email with the phish-prone/ click rate ratio.
- Better reporting to reflect the above statement.
- Incorporate users who don't interact with an email (Do not open or do not report it) into the same category as users who do open the email, click the link, and do not report it. Not opening(or ignoring it) the email should be considered as bad as opening the email and not reporting it.
- Implementing [KnowBe4] has increased the security posture of our organizations. More users are taking the CB training and reporting emails every day.
KnowBe4 is the only one that is in line with how the industry top leaders are suggesting to conduct Security Awareness training. (Christopher Hadnagy and Dr. Arun Vishwanath)
