Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
It is being used across our entire organization and addresses the gap of testing our users for their security and phishing awareness, not only on the security team. It helps with metrics on how knowledgeable our employees are and where we need to further educate. It also centralizes campaigns for past reflection and future planning.
Pros
- Centralizes campaigns.
- Easy to use interface.
- Great content.
Cons
- There are many missing functionalities that have to do with automation making a lot of manipulation of the data which discourages our use at times.
- There is no API capability.
- Customizing on smart groups is limited.
- Also, our account rep wasn't very knowledgeable [about] the implementation so we had to figure out as we go and we are concerned we are not getting the maximum benefits.
- Decreased the risk of our users getting phished within the first year it was implemented.
- Educated our users consistently with content.
- It has improved the way we think about how to test our users.
We had our leadership select this product and we implemented it. It came as a suggestion from a few business partners.

It definitely helps to have an array of training modules. The diverse topics help us keep our users fresh and learning.
It's manual and gets imported via Excel. This list gets refreshed every week once new hires have been on [board].
