Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
Used throughout our organization training our users how to properly identify malicious or unwarranted emails that could pose a security risk for them and the organization.
Pros
- Education on Cyber Security in all aspects of communications.
- Content is direct, easy to understand and follow.
- Support is top-notch with the monthly meetings with our technical account team that are always helpful in assisting with the implementation of new features and addressing any current needs or concerns.
Cons
- Advanced reporting outside just basic reports you can gather from the console, enhance the capabilities of reporting API.
- By doing the training, the number of users clicking on phish or malicious emails and attachments dropped significantly from before users did the training.

This is a game-changer really because having content refreshed to match the current threat landscape or hot subject happening in the news is very useful in reducing the chance of our users falling for fake phish attempts.
We are set up with Active Directory integration and use the Smart Group feature to create unique groups to target specific users and departments.
Status on participation including who has failed and what areas we are lacking on when phish campaigns are sent out to know what areas we need to spend more focus on to reduce the number of users falling for that type of phish content.
