Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use KnowBe4 security awareness training as a required course for all new employees coming on board. This training course (and others) preps the users to be more security-aware of the malware/phishing/social engineering tricks out there.
  • Informs the users to 'not' click on links from unverified emails.
  • Don't leave password in plain sight.
  • Be aware of sophisticated hackers.
  • Make it a habit to lock the workstation.
  • Works well based on how it is right now.
  • Lowers the risk of cybersecurity attacks.
  • Users are more informed about the current trend with malware and phishing.
  • Users are more willing to reach out to IT to report suspicious activities.

It is required as hacks and vulnerabilities in this space change so quickly from month to month. Keeping the content refreshed every now and then is a big plus to keep the users on top of the current affairs.
I used our AD to auto-sync our users to the KnowBe4 platform and also auto-archive disabled users. So far it works pretty well.
Training and phishing campaign tracking metrics are both very important to identify who did what (or who didn't finish the training modules).
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is well suited for organizations that have mandates for mandatory training within a certain time frame. It serves the purpose well as it has multiple notification options and the ability to inform the users' manager. Tracking and reporting ability are both excellent. If we simply want users to attend self-paced training on their own time, this platform is not well suited for it.
