Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

Perform training for PCI compliance, cyber insurance, and cybersecurity best practices. We also upload company-wide, cybersecurity-based policies for the business to review and acknowledge. At certain times, KnowBe4 has also been used for specific department training, whether that be engaging with credit card information, protecting sensitive data while traveling, etc.

My customer reps have always made themselves known (other companies I don't know who my rep is), and check-in with me on a regular basis. If I have a question, I have never had to wait days for support. The knowledge articles that KnowBe4 provides are also incredible! They are always easy to follow and up to date.

It is easy for non-technical users. It's easy to navigate around and intuitive. And if there is an area I don't know how to operate well, I can check knowledge articles for help. The only downside is customizing templates. I have struggled with those at times, with uploading photos, creating custom HTML to get what I want, so I mostly stay away from that area and use templates as it.
I was no involved in that portion.
KnowBe4 is well suited for any sized company. It's great for smaller companies, as employees may not have a lot of time to dedicate solely to cybersecurity training. It makes training quick and easy. KnowBe4 is great for large companies because of the multiple languages, and automation. I do not believe that KnowBe4 is well suited for very small companies (50 employees or less), mostly because of the pricing and level of content and functionality you are getting with the tool. For very small companies, it would be easier to find resources online.
