Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use KnowBe4 with the simulated emails, training, and most recently the addition of the PhishER function. It has for sure helped our staff be more mindful of the emails they receive. With the way, cybersecurity is today having that line of defense in our users is a top priority. Having the simulated tests sent out on a schedule that is completely random is very helpful. I do not have to sit in the console and manually pick or create emails all the time. Being able to train them on what to look for in terms of phishing, training on how to be secure with working from home, and all the other training modules are very helpful. Finally, add in the PhishER piece with the Phish Alert button. This way a user can click a suspicious email, the phishing alert, then put it into a place where IT can investigate it with PhishER. Love every bit of it!
  • Simulated Email Tests
  • Quick Phishing training modules
  • Customer support is very quick and responsive
  • Easy to use
  • Can set it up and not have to micromanage
  • Seeing what users activated the PhishAlert button would be handy
  • Users asking questions
  • Users say they feel more trained on what to look for
I like KB4 more for the easy of use not only to me but the end user. What is the easiest way we can have arguably one of the most important pieces to IT security get trained and tested. From ease of logging in, to resetting their password, to knowledge

Yes

Did KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training again?

Yes

When I first started with KB4 I was only doing training once a quarter, now we are in year 3 and we are doing training once a month. I cannot say that it has to do strictly with fresh content, but more prioritization within the company. The fresh content that comes out each month is well documented and dispersed via email.
We use the Active Directory integration. This way when I make changes in AD it will update Knowbe4. Prior to using that I would enter a new user manually which wasn't always a bad thing, but one less process is always great for your workflow during employee onboarding and offboarding.
We keep an eye on training results and then phish test results. If you have a user/group of users who click on emails no matter what, more directed training is sent to them. We also are doing Security Assessments every 6 months to see where we are as a whole and where we need to focus training for the next half year.
The phishing training games to help train our users have been very helpful. The 5-minute phishing training games have been super helpful, especially as just a quick reminder on what to look for. As a company that has a lot of shop technicians working on tractors and mowers, it would be helpful for some training modules to have videos similar to this and not always in a corporate setting.

The content is excellent. It is also updated regularly so it does not get stale and new training content can be sent out regularly. Having updated content and being able to easily send that out to our users has help tremendously. I will get users coming in and talking about how they came close to getting the quizzes all correct, etc.
Having everything under one shell in terms of training is great. Reporting for management can all be done in similar format so its easy for them to read and decipher. Also not having to bounce back and forth from different sites and logging in multiple times is always great too!
Yes I do
When you look for training in general you want to be able to trust the content coming out but not have to pay an extraordinary amount. I am all for paying for good content and know what free to very cheap content looks like. KnowBe4 is perfectly in that sweet spot of what is being charged vs the content being provided.
It is not the cheapest but also not most expensive. Previously I stated you should pay well for good content but not over pay. I think KnowBe4 is right there in that perfect blend of what you pay vs what you get. It is not a low quality product and I expect to pay what we do for the content and product we are getting

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training New Features

From users who are not so tech savvy to our super users and everyone in between it is very user friendly.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training Support

Any question I ask my CSM, Susan, she is very quick to respond and in many instances reaches out when she sees things that look off on my console. If she is not sure of an answer she will help me find the answer I need. Many times it is easier to jump on a call to walk through things and her schedule is easy to work around and find some openings.
