Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use KnowBe4 to raise the level of IT security awareness for our 800 staff. We conduct onboarding training and quarterly refresher training and/or phishing tests.
  • Relevant training for real-world threats
  • Pricing.
  • Some training uses stereotyped characters which some find offensive.
  • Phishing tests report false positives, especially with Gmail which is our organizational email platform.
  • Counting out false positives, the phishing failure rate has declined.
  • The overall awareness of the organization is greatly increased as our helpful staff gets many more inquiries than we used to about whether an email or website is safe. This is likely a function of KnowBe4 training and general technology awareness -- but KnowBe4 certainly is a significant factor.
Our evaluation was year's ago so it is not relevant.

The expanded content has allowed us to conduct more frequent training as we did not want to be repetitive.
Not all our users are in Active Directory so our user management is done with file imports. It works well enought
Training completion rate. Phish failure rate.
The breadth of training courses offered is very good. If the phishing testing did not produce false positives, I would rate KnowBe4 a 10.

Not all employees are in AD so we do not use AD. We may elect to use SAML connected to our Google Workspace platform in the future.
