Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

Training for all staff with the videos and tests. Problems that we need to address about phishing and privacy and security of personal information.

  • Ensure that the staff received the required privacy and security training
  • Sensitize the staff to phishing emails - since even the savviest individuals have fallen prey to these.
  • Educated the staff on the negative effects of phishing which many people that are not involved in the response are not aware of.
I have used other training mechanisms and this is the most user friendly and interactive. It also gives different mediums of training which make it more interesting for everyone's training level.

It has alot of impact since we know that the training we provide for the staff is addressing the most current security threats out there.
I work together with the University IT Dept to ensure that it is being used properly and those that are supposed to take the training do so.
The completion rate and when the testing is done by each department.
The PowerPoint presentations were much better perceived than the videos with actors, which sometimes had stereotypes of clueless bosses etc. that seemed quite outdated. Interactive presentations are the best since they require the employees to be involved and will guarantee that the staff will remember those examples more than the ones that they watched or read.

The quality is amazing because it gives you so many options regarding topics as well as the type of training mechanism you could use. So it makes the training exciting and something the staff actually look forward to.

Those that are aware of the seriousness of security breaches are grateful that KnowBe4 addresses this issue and brings it to all levels of staffing, regardless of their role. Many staff have access to sensitive information and emails and the web and don't realize the damage they can cause to their data or the data of the institution if they access the wrong email or website.

It was very scalable for our size

The pages loaded quickly. The screens moved quickly and answers and guidance was readily available.
