Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We are working on growing our security awareness acumen. We use KnowBe4 for phishing simulation, security training, article and newsletters, distributing internal content, and webinars on security education. We also work with our Customer Success Manager (CSM) to design automated phishing campaigns, understand new features, and choose training modules. Our CSM is very responsive and is always full of good ideas or help and support.

We can keep the training fresh and our team members engaged. By having different content styles and length, it opens up the opportunity for more varied uses.
Phishing metrics over time
KnowBe4 is great at automated phishing campaigns, once they are setup, you just have to follow the results. The security training has all different lengths and types depending on the company need. They are still growing in the compliance training space, although it is growing very fast. Their customer care is one of the best I have ever seen.

No -- KnowBe4 included their exceptional customer success manager within the price of the product
I often find their support exceptional. From the beginning, I was assigned a customer success manager. Whenever I have sent an email for support I always here back within less than a day. If she is on vacation, someone else responds. She meets with me as often as I need her to setup new campaigns or answer questions. If she does not know the answer, she chases it and finds out for me. I have had a couple of customer success managers since we signed up with kB4 and I have found them both to provide this same level of customer care. They are not the type of company that forgets about you once you are onboarded. Great customer care is part of their DNA.
