KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training, as the name suggests, aims to bring cybersecurity awareness to all employees of the company. The training modules are easy to understand and follow and are designed for anyone with any level of technological experience. We currently utilize the annual KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training along with Phishing Campaigns and PhishER module. The Annual KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training refreshes our employees on the current methods bad actors use to gain unauthorized access to the company's resources and information. The Phishing Campaigns further reinforce the training, as phishing is the number one method used to gain unauthorized access. The training covers conventional email phishing, as well as SMS Phishing, or "Smishing". Users who fail to recognize a phishing email are referred to a short remedial training. The PhishER module collects emails submitted using the Phish Alert Button add-on in Outlook. PhishER uses PhishML (machine learning) to distinguish between Clean, Spam, and Threats. Our instance is set up to automatically return clean emails, and quarantine spam, but requires review for threats. Once confirmed, threats are removed from the entire O365 organization using PhishRIP. This module has saved us countless hours of manually reviewing each phishing email submission.

It doesn't become stale. It definitely helps bring more awareness by introducing the content in a different manner each time it is presented.

User management is handled by Okta SSO integration. No manual management is required unless it is to promote a user's role.
