Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is currently being used within my company for phishing campaigns, along with security awareness training, and data gathering on associate behaviors and characteristics. Through the data gathering, we can determine what weaknesses can be exploited and then push training based on what affects users the most. This will help with reducing the chance of privacy breaches.

I have used Wombat in the past. There was no action group that you could be used with wombat, but you are able to utilize KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training. In the event, a user fails on a phishing campaign the associate is automatically thrown into an action group that will be placed in a group for additional training. Along with being able to track how many users this happens to along with the data of who it keeps happening to. Based on it being a first offense or second harder training and campaign can be automatically triggered.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training provides the ability to know what competitors are offering along with what works best for our company's personality and goals. This is important, if our goal is to prevent accidents from happening and make us less of an attractive prospect for theft, the better. Having associate knowledgeable of what to avoid and how to handle these situations helps keep the company off the radar of an easy target.
User management is handled with multiple admins managing the certain task, along with having temporary admins for when vacation time comes into play. Our customers or users within the company have access to the material. Everything is protected through an identified application solution, preventing users we do not want to have access.
What type of material do associates fall for. Do associate behavior change based on the season? Do associate behavior change based on Holidays? Do associate behavior change based on schools? This allows us to know what stress triggers we have to watch out for and have us prepared to act accordingly and to keep reminders during those hard times.
