Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Currently, our organization leverages KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training as the primary means of Security Awareness Training. We are currently testing Security Coach but one constant business problem that is faced is the lack of end-user understanding of different security issues. KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has varied training and right now, does only email education with the online portal logins. Our team is looking to leverage the mobile app and with Teams rollout and integration for reminders to staff. Our team has noticed persistent failures are not addressed on the click-stroke but rather on the read/unread attribute. This allows us to notify users based on inconsistent data which has prompted for customization of how training is pushed. Simulated emails have reduced spam-rates by 10% but I would like to integrate with Teams and cloud platforms to increase this initiative. Spam is still being sent but the rate of phishing emails has dropped.

Training metrics on users more prone to spam, phishing, etc. that can be run off reports to see which users are still reporting most spam
Prioritize risky users and develop training content with SecurityCoach based on type of online behavior not just limited to email security
