Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

View the different episodes and perform training sessions and quizzes.
My biggest issues are phishing attempts, particularly those sent to technical email accounts, disguised as emails and embedded links within correspondence.
  • Explain technical issues in a way that is also comprehensible to those who are not IT-aficionados.
  • Make the training very engaging by pointing out each threat specifically.
  • Step-by-step learning and smart scaffolding of different security topics to deliver the big picture.
  • Showing that human error is something you have to expect. The more complex systems get the easier it is to fall into the trap.
  • I was completely hooked by the series and I really wanted to get good results in performing the tests. I can't think of anything that I would improve.
  • I do not have any financial responsibilities

Not in my responsibility.

As the Employer Liaison I receive email enquiries from many unknown sources. The training has helped me to improve my sensitivity towards spam and phishing attempts. Our IT-department develops fake emails, distributing them randomly within the staff community to find out if anybody falls for them. If we report the email, we are notified that they sent it and that we've done well. If we open these emails or click unsolicited links we are also notified. In this case there is a suggestion to look at specific training.
I can't see, where the training would be unsuitable. The topics are of everybody's concern, no matter what your job is.
