Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Kofax for all PDF files, we do a good amount of work that requires us to create, edit, and review these documents. Kofax allows us to do everything we need to do. It is like having a Swiss army knife that gives the flexibility we need while doing our day-to-day operations.

Ease-of-Use

Kofax is one of the cleanest interface[s] that I have had experience with, and therefore is the most pleasant to use. Click text in your PDF, and tools for editing text will slide out so you can make changes. Select an image, and tools for changing the image appear. You can move selected text anywhere on the page you want, or remove it altogether. Pleasant to use.
