Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
It is used by several of our employees to convert and edit PDF files with ease. Any PDF file that needs correction or editing is easily transitioned. The program is easy to setup, and quick to understand. Extremely cost efficient and sends fax confirmations when needed. Switched to Kofax from Adobe Acrobat and recommend it over any other program we used before.

- For my use and my company's we have not found any cons with the program.

The operation menu is easy to operate and understand, very similar to Microsoft Office products so it does not intimidate our employees.
