Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
Many departments are slowly migrating to Kofax. We noticed the functionality is similar to Adobe and the price is 1/3 of what Adobe charges. Many people have situations where they need to be able to quickly convert a document to pdf and Kofax seems to work amazingly.
- Convert Word, Excel, etc. documents to pdf.
- Currently Kofax provides all the necessary tools.
- Affordable.
Very simple to use.
I have used Adobe and even though both products are similar as far as function, hands down Kofax wins with being so affordable.
