File creation, conversion, editing in pdf, file packaging, secure electronic signing, some form creation, incorporation of clips and video into forms.
- Document design and assembly; simple adaptation and manipulation for best results.

- Quick word search feature in large pdf documents.
- Competitive price point and easy to use.
- How about a Grammarly style spell check - chance for a partnership?
- Custom user toolbars?
- Continued improvement of OCR capability.
- Time and quality in reduced QA mistakes.
- Greater flexibility in design, by users of all abilities.
- Reliability.
Like most things in life, you get out what you put in, but with Kofax a little time spent at the front-end will reward even the most inexperienced of users.
In my opinion, KOFAX is easier to use than NITRO and far out-performs Adobe.
