Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
Use it all the time to open convert and add notes and text scan documents, etc.
- Nuance on the whole worked better and more smoothly.
- Can't find how to change the date on prints from web.
- Has an annoying strobe effect on colour saturated documents.
- Poor help assistance with the first issue.
- Time spent trying to find access (Help) for settings without success.
- Seems to be focused on the US market not the international market.
- PDF software is essential for my business and Nuance was a better product overall.
Yes it used to be under Nuance but not under Kofax for the reasons given.
Adobe DF? or whatever it is. Used to have the Adobe PDF maker - too expensive for what it was Nuance a far better product and much cheaper.
Corel PDF also have a copy of this as it works particularly well with combining several documents.
