Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
Kofax was initially purchased as an alternative to PRD Reader as a tool to extract information form PDF documents into both Word and Excel formats. It is and is still being used to combine individual pdf documents into one document. The product was very easy to learn and use and has become one of the main applications that the business uses.

- Manipulate sequence of pages - easy to modify and change.
- Would be great if it has a spell checker built in.

It was very easy to learn and easy to use.
