Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

We receive many PDF files that need to be edited and updated. Kofax Power PDF allow us to make the necessary edits with an ease of use better that any other program I have come across. The program is intuitive and easy to use. The support is also very good.

Pros

  • Redaction of unwanted verbiage.
  • Easy to convert PDF to word documents.
  • Encryption.

Cons

  • The stamp function - I would like the stamp not to block out area of the document and so only the content of the stamp is shown.
  • i purchased it primarily for its ease of use.
It lives up to its design.

The people are very helpful.
