Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
I use it in place of the more expensive Adobe program. It can handle 99% of what Adobe can. Occasionally I will run into a PDF that won't be able to change a font using the previous version of Power PDF that worked on Adobe. So far this hasn't been an issue with version 4.
