Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF
We use Kofax PDF Advanced in our real estate conveyancing department of our law firm. It is useful to professionally amend or correct typos and other errors.
- Affordable alternative to Adobe with most of the functionality.
- Clean interface.
- Decent help options.
- Intuitive interface.
- Would appreciate more user customization of buttons and ribbons to suit my usage.
- Huge upgrade over manual scanning and editing of documents.
Fairly straightforward and user friendly interface. Some advanced features would benefit if linked to tutorials.
Power PDF contains most of the same features as Adobe and other competitors but with a more reasonable price point.

Evaluating Kofax Power PDF and Competitors
Yes - Adobe Reader. The full version of Adobe is expensive for small businesses and Kofax offers almost the same menu of options at a fraction of the price.

Price was the most important factor. I hate subscriptions as they are "death by a million cuts". Sell me a copy and get out of my way.
