Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

Very easy for us to use as we need it. Forms look much more professional when we use the typewriter to complete the forms rather than writing it in.
  • Neatly adding notes to documents.
  • Makes documents look more professional.
  • Super easy to place the writing exactly where you want it within the document.
  • One step in order to switch fonts or color options by having it on the toolbar.
  • Documents are easily saved, which saves time.
  • Makes documents look more professional.
  • Easy to use, and if a mistake is made a couple of keystrokes and it's corrected.
Documents look professional. Documents are easily completed because when answering questions moving the information to exactly line up with the space it is simple. There is an edit function which allows quick changes if there is a mistake or I simple changed my mind on what I want it to say. I really like the choice of fonts and colors which helps information stand out.
  • Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Kofax is much more user friendly. It's easy to access, easy to save and easy to edit.
My only experience was when I purchased the product, which was a very positive experience. She was friendly and very informative. Otherwise, I've had no issues and therefore have not had to seek support.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Easy to use, professional looking end product, usable with a wide variety of forms. Good choices for font and color.
I particularly like to use it when numbers are used. For example, policy numbers are clear and easily understood which helps prevent errors. Recently, I completed some medical claims for someone which simplified the process and made it so the documents could be easily read. If there wasn't enough space in the box for the information, I simply changed the font so that it would fit.

I'm not sure of a less appropriate scenario because I wouldn't use it if it didn't exactly fit the application I wanted it for.
