Great PDF editor with better value proposition than competition
Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
I have been using Kofax (and previously Nuance) Power PDF for about 3 years. The main advantage over Acrobat is having the permanent license option (no subscription). I use it on a business laptop and also on my desktop (I have Acrobat on desktop as well). I recommended this to a coworker and he also has been happy with it. They also provide discount for new versions, so you get a good value for your money. I have never had any compatibility issues, whether opening documents or sending files to other people. The user interface is comparable to Acrobat in terms of features and ease of use. Overall I recommend this program particularly if you are looking for a perpetual license vs. subscription.

Cons
- Provide drag and drop option for adding new pages to documents.
- More options for graphical toolbars.
- Cost saving.
- Con't have to deal with a subscription.
- Fully compatible.
The user interface is comparable to Acrobat with some nice features.
