Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

I use to convert and complete all PDF options for my self and my clients across many computers. The ease of use and the Custom Header features are key. Being able to edit and annotate documents in real time is key. The ease of imbedding pictures and text is a pleasure.
  • Headers and footer.
  • Inserting pictures.
  • Document markup.
  • Used to send reports to customers, is key when secured.
The ease of use and cost to acquire has been my best selling point. I have nothing to complain about.
Much less of a learning curve.
Support is fine. The free period should be extended somewhat and reinstallation should be life of product.

Being able to pull from a PDF to a Word document then replacing same is key.
Works well across the office environment. Ease of use and being able to teach and have clients learn quickly is a key component. On all computers I have this deployed has worked to be a great advantage. All feedback I have gotten from my clients in various business has been positive.
