Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
Use it for all pdf related work. Scanning, editing, printing, etc.
- Scanning.
- Modifying existing PDF files.
- Electronic signatures.
- Redacting.
- Flattening a file should not require a new Save As, it should default to the current document at the current location.
- More and varied stamps should be available.
- Using Typewriter, the text box should not extend to the edge of the page, and you should be able to click elsewhere on the same line to create a new text box. It should not require a click elsewhere on the page, and then another click on the same line.
- Highlighting should not be limited.
- Cuts time in half when needing to modify documents. No more printing, manually editing, and re-scanning.
It's easy to use overall, and worth the expense, in my opinion.
Power PDF was the first one I tried, and I liked it so never looked at anything else.
