Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I'm a composer, and using Kofax Power PDF is an important part of my work. I provide my score and orchestral parts to clients either in PDF form or in hard copy printed from PDFs. The product's ability to change one page for another (if, for example, a typo is discovered), to combine PDFs, and to compare two PDFs, are all features which I wouldn't know what to do without.

Pros and Cons

Allows for pages to be individually updated and/or sorted.
Provides and excellent resource for comparing PDFs.
Provides means to edit PDFs.

Saves a lot of time and effort.

Ease-of-Use

Sometimes I need to refresh my memory (e.g. I tend to forget how to add a blank page!). Otherwise it is highly intuitive.

I have used no other products similar to this one.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is well suited (editing, sorting, replacing, comparing); I haven't yet come across a situation where Kofax Power PDF isn't appropriate for a task that I would expect a PDF editor to be able to manage.

I can't think of a better product for the purpose it serves
