Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
Across the whole organization. The need to convert from .pdf to Word or Excel and visa versa. Allows us to make documents more presentable as well as send documents in .pdf format to our clients that don't have a Word or Excel program. Also, with FormTyper and Typewriter, we can easily complete various applications for federal, state, and local governments. It is one of the most used programs in our office.
- Convert documents to different formats.
- Easily fill in blank forms.
- Clean up documents that have errors or convert the font.
- Moving the order of multiple scanned documents.
- FormTyper doesn't work well with both boxes and lines on the same document.
- Using Typewriter is difficult to line up and takes a few tries to do so.
- Time and cost savings.
- Convenient for client needs!
It is very easy to use for me after 36 years of computers and various programs. It is easy to train others to use the various functions Kofax Power PDF offers.
