Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

The software is simple to use. I am able to find shortcuts and features without stressing or spending a lot of time looking. We have multiple documents per customer and the feature that we use a lot is the merge. We combine multiple documents into one file. This makes it easier for our drivers as well as saves time delivering as they do not have to open multiple files to retrieve information.

  • I would like to see the esignature support other companies other than docusign.
  • I would like to be able to drag a file to merge instead of "opening".

As mentioned before, the features were easy to find and use. I do not have to stress about finding features. I can look online for additional ways to utilize this program, which I have. I do enjoy that I can upload a document and convert it into work saving time typing a log document.
No monthly costs allow Kofax to save me money. I do not have to be connected to the internet to use as there is no subscription to confirm. The ease of merging separate documents into one is simple. Kofax is going to be my go-to program going forward.
Until I have to use support, there is no need to give anything less than a 10.

It has allowed staff to work more effectively. The software has been reliable and simple to us. Features are easy to find. The software is easy to navigate through.
First, I enjoy not having to pay a monthly fee for the software. It was hard to work when I had to have internet for subscriptions to be confirmed. I do not have to have the internet to work (if the internet is not available). My relationship with that company did not last long. The ease of using this program is night and day from other competitors. I will not go back to the previous company.
