Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

I use it to deal with large PDFs sent by prosecutors that sometimes need redaction or conversion to searchable.

  • sometimes the tool bar is confusing. Finding the redaction tool took awhile
  • The redaction tool has saved me hours.
  • I know the readability function has allowed me to save many hours searching documents for references to my clients
I actually feel it takes a while to learn the functions I need and the names on the toolbar are not intuitive.
I considered Adobe products but for what I need Kofax value proposition could not be beaten.
I have not yet used Kofax support so I gave a 5.
