Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance Power PDF)
Power PDF is an essential element of our business processes. We use it to convert documents from others into PDFs. Occasionally, we will convert a spreadsheet to PDF, though more likely to go the other way. It gets a fair from me. Long-gone versions of Power PDF did a better job. We also use it to help us manage contracts.
- Office documents, slides, spreadsheets conversion for finished files.
- Convert other's text documents to PDF and/or Word.
- Tracking compliance.
- It used to convert PDFs to spreadsheets and Word better than today.
- Faster load time.
- I have questions about the license.
- Would like to have the ability to convert a set of PDFs to searchable PDFs.
- It has a positive impact on of daily operations -- editing, extracting, converting.
It is less expensive but not as functional or fast.
