Overall Satisfaction with Korber Warehouse Edge (formerly HighJump / AccellosOne)

We are using Korber Warehouse Edge (formerly HighJump / AccellosOne) across our entire organization, from creating orders in our ERP system to labeling and shipping.

Korber Warehouse Edge (formerly HighJump / AccellosOne) meets our business needs for shipping. Whether it is a single order we are shipping direct to a consumer or containers that we are shipping directly to our customers, Korber Warehouse Edge (formerly HighJump / AccellosOne) makes it all happen
  • Inventory--inventory tracking is critical to our business
  • Shipping and uploading orders
  • Customer information
  • Carrier information
  • Customizable per department or user--we use templates for departments to ensure the entire department has the same view; excellent for training new users
  • Backorders--there are no alerts when backorders don't drop down
  • Reports--there are a number of reports we don't use because they are not easily customizable
  • Ease of shipping and receiving
  • Ease of use for end users
  • Customization was very expensive
  • Changes to our support team at HighJump/Korber
Korber Warehouse Edge (formerly HighJump / AccellosOne) is a warehouse management software with one purpose. It does what it should. Sage X3 is a ERP system that integrates shipping but misses some of the warehouse management components.

Do you think Korber Warehouse Edge delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Korber Warehouse Edge's feature set?

Yes

Did Korber Warehouse Edge live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Korber Warehouse Edge go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Korber Warehouse Edge again?

Yes

Korber Warehouse Edge (formerly HighJump / AccellosOne) is well suited for any organization that ships to customers. If an organization has different shipping parameters for different customer customizations, it can be costly adding to the original price of the software.
