Overall Satisfaction with Korero

Korero is used in our company as a basic system in our business process. It helps to organize all our data of customers and use this in the organization and to help our business grow. Korero is on of the best CRM system what I used. It is also very user friendly for our employees and that makes it more value to use. Also the support is very fast and helpfull. I will advise all SMB companies to start using Korero.

Korero is user friendly and easy in use. Korero is open to talk about customization of the system for our business process. The others has no possibility to customize and is to complex to work with. The other systems are develop for basics and the price is expensive for less what you get. Korero has more options for less price.

The dashboard gives a very nice overview of the process and its notify the user on time. The collaboration works very well and the communication is very clear and transparant. They help to improve your/ours business process and that is important for us as a customer. The approach of Korero is very nice and they act ver quick.
The support team is open for discussions and to look into to improve the system that is suits for us. If needed they are always available and they solve problems very fast. They give us the feeling that we are important for them. They don’t charge extra for any small questions. The support is very friendly.
