In our deals, we employ Kount to assess the degree of risk. For the most part, it's used to evaluate whether or not a transaction is fraudulent, in order to lessen the likelihood of a return and the associated cost of customer service. In order for our customer service representatives to assist customers in making secure transactions, it is completely integrated into our technological stack.

Other choices are more expensive and difficult to incorporate, but Kount provides the best value. However, this convenience comes at a price. As a result of this decision, we've opted for a more difficult integration solution, but one that provides far superior fraud detection accuracy. Reduced contact with customer service is one way to confirm this.
