Kronos Workforce Ready Implementation
- Implemented in-house
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled
- Certain earnings codes set up incorrectly that paid our employees incorrectly
- Not always being on the same page with our implementation specialist
- Having to repeatedly submit the same reports over the course of a year and the custom reports that were to be created by Kronos were not created.

Yes - No, it is not resolved in a timely matter.
When we first started with Kronos some of our year end fringe reporting was new to Kronos and they worked with us to come up with a solution that would work for us.
