Overall Satisfaction with LabVantage
We have recently upgraded to LV7 across the entire laboratory working with 2 locations. Our entire lab has been paperless ever since we began to use LabVantage. The main issue we have had is to use the product directly "out of the box" and had to have customization to function. We do understand that some of the issues will be resolved with updates but with the customizations done it will cause us some problems and unacceptable costs. The other issue we have is not having interface updates of instruments with Microsoft 10 operating systems.
- Worked very closely with us on developing the Statement of Work and provided us with a very good roadmap
- Programmers completed the changes and improvements on time.
- The contact for issues that arise on a daily bases is able to work with our people in a very professional basis.
- Be more attentive to our needs and what we are looking for vs. telling us how we should work when it comes to improvements
- Develop LVConnect interfaces with more instruments that is universal and easy to use
- The system has freed up chemists' time and effectively helped us to grow 12% per year over the past 3 years without adding a chemist FTE
